First, thank you to everyone at NCIS Productions who generously provided us with donations, assisted with planning or very generously
shared their time off to be with us. Too many to list here, however, you all went above and beyond to ensure that the fans NCIS had a great
weekend.

Floyd Johnson thank you so much for the amazing program you prepared for us and took part in Saturday afternoon! Charles always goes above and beyond for the fans and this year was exceptional! Saturday afternoon was an experience none of us will ever forget! Chas. Floyd Johnson out did himself this year, thank you so much! Thank you to Katie Barker, NCIS publicist, and NCIS: Los Angeles cast members Daniela Ruah and Barrett Foa who gave us a peek into NCIS: Los Angeles. The wonderful panelists that very generously visited with us, on their day off, to tell us about what their jobs entail: Avery Drewe, Leon Carroll, Jr., Diamond Farnsworth, Susan Hollander, Robb Bacon, Jason Kennedy and Reed Steiner. Our mystery guests, Michael Weatherly and Pauley Perrette, who answered questions from the fans.

Thank you to Muse Watson and Rudolf Martin who made Saturday evening memorable signing autographs and taking photos with fans.

Thanks also to Harriet Margulies, the wonderful Audience Liaison who spent the weekend us. Also Erica McIntosh who helped coordinate NCIS involvement and all the Production Assistants who helped make the weekend memorable.

The clock is ticking; the NCIS Fan Fest is only six weeks away! We are working hard to make this the best NCIS Fan Fest ever! Don't be the one saying, I wish I had gone!

We are excited to announce the following confirmed guests:

Muse Watson, who plays Gibbs mentor Mike Franks, will be joining us and will visit with fans and sign autographs.

Craig Harvey, Chief Coroner Investigator and Chief of Operations Los Angles Coroners Office, technical advisor to NCIS will join us this year. Those of you who have attended a prior NCIS Fan Fest will remember Craig's great presentations and all the questions Craig answered.

The "real" NCIS will again this year send a panel of local NCIS Special Agents to share information about their jobs and answer your questions.

Mike Hire, Director of the Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society at Camp Pendleton will be spending the weekend with us. The Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society is very generously donating the lanyards for your NCIS Fan Fest badges.

Charlie Othold, Roberta & Bill Van Trump and Robert Bender will again be with us over the weekend to accept your donations to Operation Gratitude. Please visit our Operation Support Team area of the 2009 Info Section for the items on Operation Gratitude's wish list.

HarrietNCIS, Harriet Margulies, the wonderful Audience Liaison who answers your questions on the NCIS-CBS and NCIS: Los Angeles Yahoo Groups lists will be also be with us over the weekend.

We are hoping for several other guest confirmations to firm up and will announce those when we are able. All guest appearances are subject to professional or personal commitments that may arise prior to the NCIS Fan Fest.

Some areas of the schedule are still fluid right now. Look for the schedule to be posted the beginning of September on our website. We do want to bring one schedule change to your attention now. We will begin our guest seminars at 10:00 am on Friday, earlier than we ever have done at past NCIS Fan Fests. Adjust your site-seeing plans accordingly so you don't miss any of the action!

We are pleased to announce Executive Producer Charles Floyd Johnson will host an exciting program Saturday afternoon in the Beverly Garland Theatre. The afternoon will begin with dessert being served, followed by filmed greetings from the cast and behind the scenes footage prepared especially for those attending NCIS Fan Fest 2009.

As the afternoon continues, panels of crew members from various departments of NCIS will discuss their contributions to our favorite show and answer your questions. We are hoping for a special phone call and a surprise in person guest from the cast.

Saturday evening we will draw the winners of the awesome raffles before proceeding to our live charity auction. The silent auctions will close shortly after the live auction concludes. We are hoping for autographed items contributed by the NCIS cast, crew and staff.

You don't want to miss this exciting afternoon program! The fan clubs/groups have put together some very exciting raffle packages this year. To view the raffle packages and purchase tickets print out the order form from the NCIS Fan Fest website and fill in the quantity for each package you wish to order.

Purchases from US fans must be postmarked by September 5, 2009 and purchases from International fans must be postmarked by August 29, 2009.

Tickets may also be purchased at the NCIS Fan Fest. All raffles will conclude Saturday night at the NCIS Fan Fest and a winner will be drawn and announced. You do not have to be present to win.

Please be generous, as all proceeds benefit our two worthy charities Operation Gratitude and the Navy-Marine Corp Relief Society.

A quick reminder that this coming Tuesday is the final day for NCIS Fan Fest 2009 Registration at the current rate. The rate will go up to its highest level this year starting on Wednesday, July 1st.

In order to receive your registration at the current rate, you must send in your information and payment and have it postmarked no later than June 30th, 2009.

Also, start thinking now about your contributions to the care packages for Operation Gratitude this year. Operation Gratitude will, once again, accept donation for their care packages at NCIS Fan Fest. Bring your items with you. (If you plan on bringing extra large amounts of items with you, please contact us for shipping accomodations prior to NCIS Fan Fest)

Rooms with two beds are very limited, even with us being able to add a few more to our block. Once these rooms are gone, reservations will only be taken at the current hotel rate not the special NCIS Fan Fest rate. Remember the hotel will honor the special NCIS Fan Fest rate three days prior and three days after the Fan Fest, based on room availability. Your credit card will not be charged until you arrive in September.
